Your move in costs based on the move-in date of January 14, 2025 are as follows. These costs are not final and could change if changes to the lease term are requested. Any requests for changes to this offer are subject to denial.
Security Deposit: $1500.00, or a Rhino policy for $1500.00
February 2025 Rent: $1500.00 (You get January FREE!)
Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $250.00
February 2025 Pet Rent: $25.00
Total Move In Costs: $3275.00 or $1775.00 and a Rhino policy for $1500.00
Monthly rent for the duration of the lease: $1500.00 and $25.00 pet rent
If you would like to proceed with a lease agreement, please let me know if the move-in date works for you and if you will be paying the security deposit or using a Rhino policy. You will need to pay the security deposit or set up your Rhino account within 24 hours of acceptance to secure the property for your move-in date.
If you are interested in Rhino, I will have sent you an invitation to check it out. You are welcome to pay the security deposit or enter into a policy with Rhino, either way is fine with us! If you have multiple people on the lease, I have sent an invitation to each of you, however, you only need one policy for the property.
We accept move-in payments and monthly rent throughout the duration of your lease through Apartments.com. You have two payment options through Apartments.com for your move in costs.
The first is to pay by ACH, you will need to use your routing and account number as an electronic check. This payment option has no additional fees for you, however, it does take 5 business days to process.
For a faster move in you can pay your move in costs with a credit/debit card. Apartments.com charges a 2.75% fee on the transaction amount for processing this way. This payment option takes 1-3 business days.
Please keep in mind when choosing your move in date the payment option you will be using to pay your move in costs.
Your move in costs must be posted in order for you to receive the keys.
Once I have your move in date, I will get the lease sent out to your email for review and signature. This process is easy, you can complete it from a computer, tablet, or phone with an internet connection and access to your email. The lease will be sent through DocuSign. All signers will need to review and sign the lease prior to receiving keys.
You will receive your invitation to set up your Apartments.com account when you receive the lease so you can get your payment for your move-in costs processing.
You will also receive a welcome email to work out your move-in details.
Remember! Your move in costs must be posted in order for you to receive the keys.
