A Homerock rental is a partnership, where you as the renter will take care of parts of the home, while we take care of other parts of the home. The tenant pays all utilities, handles all lawn maintenance, and makes sure the overall exterior view of the home is clean and orderly. Some homes have a fridge, and others require the tenant to bring their own fridge. Homerock will handle customer service for HVAC issues, appliances, Fences, Garage Door, Roofing, Garbage disposals, plumbing hardware. The tenant will change air filters, replace light bulbs, handle pest control, lawn mainteance, pool maintenance, and any minor toilet/drain clogs.
